This is the front of a cardboard box (a lunch box) that was assembled and available as a Furoku in Nakayosi's (Nakayoshi's) magazine for Delicious. I snapped the TOP, Side 1, Side 2, Side 3, the Inside which the top part can be removed to reveal the full inside.
